A long twisted link chain with a large round watch holder. The fob is topped with a large detailed plastic black and cream Roman profile cameo. It has a hook back. The chain is 15 1 2" long, the total piece is 18" The cameo fob is 1" x 1 2". Swank patent no D 112997 on the back of the fob. In very nice condition with no
