Shoulders are gently padded, and banded collar can stand up or down. Batwing sleeves end in shirred elastic cuffs. SIZE: Labeled S, but I think it will go larger. I wear a modern size 12, and except for the bottom button being a bit snug at my hips, it is a very comfortable fit. Approximate bust 45" (114. 25 cm) Shoulders 20" (51 cm)
