The Dolly - PantA tribute to the great Dolly Parton. Built with heart, grit and a little bit of glitter. She's one of our finest and one of the best to ever do it. When we found this pink crushed velvet with embroidered flowers, all we could think was Dolly. Tailored through the leg with a boot cut finish. This is a new cut with room to flow but shaped to fit around the important parts. There are 6 pockets. Two in the front with fabric inside to keep scratchables
